With over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lindsay is the dedicated Commercial Lines Manager at MBA Insurance Services. Known for expertise in risk management and client relations, Lindsay has successfully navigated the complexities of commercial insurance, providing tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients.

 

Lindsay earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2015, along with the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2007. These qualifications reflect a commitment to professional development and excellence in service delivery.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Lindsay enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and cherishing moments with family and friends.

Bob CIC has successfully operated the agency since 1997. Bob has been in the insurance industry since 1991. With a concentration on middle-market commercial accounts, Bob has extensive experience in writing larger habitational and property risks, as well as resort businesses located in remote areas. Bob’s primary focus of proper risk selection, accurate property valuation, and loss prevention, have been very key in placing these high valued non-protected risks. Bob has also been involved with the development of loss control and safety committees. He is also a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors for many years. If not in Red Wing Bob can be found enjoying time in the Luten office on Tait Lake. Bob and his wife Lindsay enjoy not only working together as well as traveling and spending as much time with their children and grandchildren as they can.

Michelle has been an agent with MBA for 22 years with experience in both personal lines as well as commercial lines. She is passionate about helping her clients by answering questions and providing products and knowledge that serve them best. Michelle lives in Goodhue, with her husband, Kelly, their daughter Hailey and a 4 year old Lab/Retriever Tommy. They love to hike and explore nature, visiting State and National Parks. She also loves to travel and enjoys going to concerts. Michelle recently started gardening, which has quickly become a passion of hers.

Katie has been licensed since 2017 and is a Commercial Lines Account Manager. She enjoys getting to know her customers and providing them exceptional customer service. She is currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation to continue enhancing her knowledge and professional development.

In her free time, Katie loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s going side-by-siding or traveling to new places. Family is very important to her, and she cherishes every moment with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Katie believes that balancing work with family and fun makes life truly fulfilling.

She was born and raised in Red Wing and is raising two beautiful daughters with her husband here in her hometown. Outside of the office, you will find her coaching, participating in community events, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She is extremely thankful for the relationships that she has built through her career and looks forward to building more.

As she continues to grow in the industry, Nadia strives to make the insurance process simple, approachable, and dependable. Outside of the office, Nadia enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Claire Straub was born and raised in Ellsworth, WI. She graduated high school and went on to get her undergraduate degree at UW-La Crosse. She is so happy to be back in this area and working full time at MBA. She loves serving her community and those surrounding. She started selling home and auto insurance at MBA in 2023 and loves helping people with their personal insurance needs. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on runs, walks, and going to coffee shops for her caffeine fix. She is grateful for the relationships she has created with her clients through her job and is always looking forward to creating more!

Dee was born and raised in a small rural community and believes we should treat everyone like a neighbor. She enjoys volunteering her time and giving back. Supporting other small-town businesses, giving her time to nonprofits, and helping young professionals become confident, skilled, and poised. Dee absolutely puts family first and believes balance is the key to a successful life.

With decades of experience in a family-owned business, Hollie knows what it takes to run a small business and the challenges that come with it. Her goal is to make employee benefits as easy as possible for both the employer and employees. Hollie is happily married with two grown daughters. She loves to ride her Harley on a warm summer day and loves to travel but her favorite part is finding what the locals do instead of hitting up tourist traps.

Nadia happily joined the MBA team in 2023 as Office Administrator and Social Media manager. It feels full circle for her to be working here, as she grew up in the office when her mother, Dee, would bring her in for many work events as a child. She feels so lucky to work with such amazing people at MBA. One of her favorite things about working at MBA is how much they love to give back and get involved in the surrounding communities.


Outside of work, Nadia spends a lot of time with her family, friends, and puppy, Stormi. She also enjoys actively volunteering her time on the Power of 100 – Red Wing board. Nadia is passionate about traveling, iced lattes, and watching reality tv or the Minnesota Wild.

Mallory Bleeker is MBA’s newest addition, but she has accomplished a lot within her time here. Customers stepping in through the door are welcomed by Mallory’s warm and friendly greeting, setting the tone for a positive and inviting experience. She is a licensed agent in Life and Health, as well as Property and Casualty. Mallory recently moved to Red Wing and is loving everything the town has to offer. With a strong love for spending time with friends and building connections, she thrives in both personal and professional relationships. When not working, Mallory enjoys adventures with her beloved Bernedoodle, Bruno, who is always by her side as well as volleyball, cooking/baking, and most importantly spending time with my friends and family!
